For security and legal reasons, all guests must carry valid identification during their stay. Indian guests should provide an Aadhaar card, driver's license, or any other government-issued ID. International guests must carry their passport, visa, passport photograph, and travel details (such as travel dates and flight details).
We recommend you plan your arrival and departure according to these times. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available but are subject to room availability.
We offer pickup and drop services from nearby transportation hubs such as the railway station, airport, and bus stop, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure.
Guests must make prior bookings to visit the property. We offer accommodation in either tents or cottages based on availability. Reservations are subject to confirmation.
We welcome pets and animals on our property, but not inside the rooms. We provide a designated cage for pets. However, please ensure that your pets are well-behaved and under control at all times.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property during their stay. If any damage occurs, we may charge you for repairs or replacement costs.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will reschedule your stay to a future date when travel is allowed again. New booking dates are subject to accommodation availability.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully during their stay at Thour Nature Resorts. Inappropriate behavior that interferes with the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests is not tolerated and may result in removal from the resort without a refund. Additionally, littering, damaging property, or disturbing the wildlife is strictly prohibited.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all accommodations, activities, and services at Thour Nature Resorts must be booked in advance. This includes stay reservations as well as activities such as leopard safari, village safari, bird and crocodile spotting, nature safaris, and guided walks. Also, the resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any service or activity without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other reasons beyond our control.
Children above the age of 2 years are welcome at the resort. However, parents or guardians are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their children during their stay.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we encourage guests to review them periodically for updates. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms.
