1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 1 month from the date of arrival: No charges will be deducted, and the full booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation before 14 days from the date of arrival: 10% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellation before 3 days from the date of arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days from the date of check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
2. Modifications to Booking
If you wish to modify your booking dates, this can be done based on availability. If the revised dates fall under a different pricing or seasonal rate, the difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Modifications made more than 7 days prior to check-in are generally free of charge, subject to availability.
- Modifications made within 7 days of check-in may incur additional charges or lead to reduced refunds, depending on the specific circumstances of the change.
3. Refund for Payment Errors
In the event of an error during the payment process (such as double payment or incorrect charges), Thour Nature Resorts will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method. If you believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
4. Exceptions to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you experience a medical emergency, such as illness or accident, or if someone in your family has passed away, please inform us at least 3 days before your booking. You will need to provide us with a valid proof for this situation. Once we receive the proof, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
- If there are government-imposed travel restrictions or a pandemic like COVID-19, we will not cancel your booking. Instead, we will reschedule your stay to another date when travel is allowed again. The new booking at our resort will depend on the availability of the accommodation.
5. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a guest does not arrive at the resort on the scheduled date of check-in without any prior cancellation notice. In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
6. Safari Bookings
Once you have booked a safari at Thour Nature Resorts, please note that safari cancellations cannot be made upon arrival at the resort. And, no amount will be refunded in that case. It is essential to confirm all safari bookings well in advance and adhere to the cancellation policy as stated.
7. Stay & Safari Booking Confirmation
No matter whether you book your stay through our customer support or a third-party platform, please ensure you call us and confirm your reservation before your arrival. This helps us ensure that your accommodation and services are confirmed and ready for your stay, which will avoid all issues that might occur during check-in.
