Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

At Thour Nature Resort, we aim to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to departure. We understand that plans may change, and therefore we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of booking before 1 month from the date of arrival- No amount will be deducted.
• Cancellation before 14 days from the date of arrival- 10% will be charged on the total amount.
• Cancellation before 3 days from the date of arrival- 25% will be charged on the total amount.
• Cancellation within 3 days from the date of check-in- 100% will be charged on the total amount.

2. Modifications to Booking

• Changing Reservation Dates
  ◦ If you wish to modify your booking dates, you may do so, subject to availability. If the revised dates fall under a different pricing or seasonal rate, any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

  ◦ Modifications made more than 7 days before check-in are usually free of charge (subject to availability).
  ◦ Modifications made within 7 days may incur additional charges or result in reduced refunds, depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund for Payment Errors

• If a refund is due to an error in the payment process (such as double payment or incorrect charge), we will ensure a prompt refund to the original payment method. Please contact us immediately if you believe there has been an error.

4. Exceptions to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you experience a medical emergency, such as illness or accident, or if someone in your family has passed away, please inform us at least 3 days before your booking. You will need to provide us with a valid proof for this situation. Once we receive the proof, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
• If there are government-imposed travel restrictions or a pandemic like COVID-19, we will not cancel your booking. Instead, we will reschedule your stay to another date when travel is allowed again. The new booking at our resort will depend on the availability of the accommodation.
